RTT Session Process Explained

1. Book a discovery call with the therapist.

An introductory Q&A style conversation about your area of concern and how RTT can help you.

2. Choose to proceed

An RTT session is booked and paid for.

3. Session Begins

With a Q&A style conversation to build a framework of your life journey so far.

4. Hypnosis induced

You will sit or lie back. Hypnosis feels relaxing and calming. Creates an inward focus & awareness. You are in full control & in close conversation & interaction with therapist.

5. Deepening Hypnotic Trance

The therapist demonstrates the suggestibility of your mind in this phenomenal state of mind. This builds confidence and positive expectation for you, as you realise the effect of hypnosis.

6. Regression

The therapist guides you to regress your memory to review 3-4 related experiences from your past, that will show you how/why/ when/where the issue, in question, was created. You may or may not be consciously aware of these memories

7. Investigation

The Therapist will guide you and work with you to fully dissect, explore and understand these memories from your emotional perspective of the past as recorded in your deeper subconscious mind. And the negative & harmful beliefs you imprinted on your subconscious mind.

8. Disruption

Several interactive tools and techniques are applied where your current feelings, choices, decisions are central to the ‘Letting go’ of the old beliefs created by you as a child.

9. Reframe

You inform and embed this new way of thinking and feeling into your subconscious mind quite effortlessly. Hence creating positive beliefs which then take on an automatic function in your life.

10. Transformation

The therapist narrates your new choices decisions feelings thoughts and expectations you have expressed in session directly to your subconscious mind. This last 30 minutes is recorded for you to listen every day for 21 to 30 days.

11. Session ends

Session ends as you are brought back to your full consciousness, feeling wonderful, deeply relaxed, feeling positive & changed.

12. After Session Care

For 21 days the therapist’s support remains available on-a-need-basis by email/telephone/text.

13. Day 21 Consult

30-minutes to discuss the progress and recommendations. Brief coaching/mentoring support offered.
