What is RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a phenomenally powerful therapy method.

RTT uses hypnosis to directly work with the subconscious mind because that is the part of you that controls and creates more than 95% or more of your daily life. The thoughts you think, the feelings you have – all of which create patterns, the never-ending uncontrollable repeating loops. These habits of thought, create habits of behavior. All of which are the direct result of the belief system recorded in your subconscious mind. Where and how did you get your belief system? Well! Mostly from the environment & circumstances, you were born into. So, most of how you experience life is a program- 95% of it. Imagine this belief system to be a prism through which you perceive life, the world, relationships, and yourself.

Quite simply – to change any aspect or issue in your life, all that you need to do is change your perspective. Ahh! Easily said. How to change your perspective? Change the program – your belief system.

This is where RTT works – it helps you investigate your subconscious mind, creates conscious awareness of the beliefs that are the root cause of the issue you are suffering. Once you understand the link, you are able to ‘let go’ of the beliefs and the associated hurts and pain that you may have carried with you for a long time. Yes, people cry in sessions under hypnosis as they release suppressed hurtful, harmful emotions & feelings. It’s the past that you have been carrying with you, sometimes completely unaware consciously.

As your RTT therapist, I am trained skilled, and experienced in observing and assessing what your mind believes you want it to do, which may be different from what you actually want now. Help you understand the appropriate measures you took as a child to move away from pain and suffering. Bring to your attention the words you used and the pictures you made in your mind in response to the events, experiences in your environment – about yourself, about life, about relationships, and the world at large. You become aware of what you were familiar with or comfortable with, hence making a different life that you truly want to be unfamiliar with. Together we collaborate to make sense of it all and put the pieces of the puzzle together so you can empower yourself and your life.

In RTT we have many tools and techniques which are a compilation of the most beneficial principles of neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavior therapy, clinical psychology, human behavior science, neuroplasticity/neuroscience, energy science, and more. These are seamlessly used to help you create a new positive view and expectation of self, others, life, and the world. A view, a perspective that allows you to reframe your mindset and choose a set of beliefs emotions, and thoughts that are aligned with the version of you that pleases you, and that makes you feel good. RTT – Step by Step

The Process

An overview from first consultation to post-treatment.

Step 1:

Free Consultation – Get in touch

It all starts with your decision to choose to get in touch with me.

Once I receive your application form, I will set up a 15-minute phone conversation with you – to answer your questions and recommend how I can help you with your concerns.

Step 2:

Book A Session

Subject to the information received in your form and initial consultation, a booking is offered for your RTT session at a mutually convenient time. You can choose a face-to-face or online session.

Step 3:

Session Begins

​The session begins with a clarifying conversation where I will ask specific questions to understand the background of your life experience, your concern and the outcome you desire.

Step 4:

Inducing Hypnosis

With your consent, a hypnotic trance is induced for you. You will feel wonderfully relaxed with an inward focus, deepening an awareness of your inner thoughts, feelings and state of mind. You do not lose consciousness or control.

Step 5:

Deepening Hypnotic Trance

A few minutes are spent helping you deepen your hypnotic trance and demonstrate the suggestibility of your mind in this phenomenally healing calm state. You get to experience how easily smoothly effortlessly accessible your mind becomes to you.

Step 6:


Together we will seek to regress to review 3-4 scenes in your memory, specific to the issue/concern you are facing. You will be able to relay exact, crucial memories, events, experiences in your past and the meanings you made from them at that time.

Step 7:


We will collaborate to investigate the feelings and emotions that come up to establish the deeper beliefs you formed from these events and experiences. Your brilliant subconscious mind will help you understand the beliefs that are the root cause of your current concerns.

Step 8:


Then there are several tools and techniques that can be applied so you are able to release the harmful and hurtful beliefs. This is happening in the subconscious mind, not in your analytical or conscious mind.

Step 9:


A reframe of your mindset is spoken directly to your mind , where you set yourself free from those limiting, harmful and hurtful beliefs that you no longer wish to have.

Step 10:


The session concludes with a 15 – 30 minutes transformational narrative, of the positive empowering transformative thoughts, feelings, beliefs that you have chosen before and during the session. This a phenomenally healing empowering experience for you where you get to update and upgrade your subconscious mind.

Step 11:

End of Session

You are brought back to your full conscious awareness, feeling wonderful, deeply relaxed and feeling positively changed.

Step 12:

Audio Recording

An audio recording file of the transformation (in step 10) is sent to you, to listen to for the next 30 days. This is a critically important step to make permanent changes in your mind and life.

Step 13:

After Care

After care is offered by email/telephone/text to support you for the next 30 days.
A half hour coaching/mentoring session via video call is booked for day 30 to assess the changes and to recommend steps moving forward.

Prepare for Sessions

Guidelines & Tips

​Face-to-face Sessions

  • For face to face sessions – Please arrive 10 minutes in advance.
  • Ideally wear comfortable relaxing clothing.
  • Eat a sumptuous meal before as the session takes 2-3 hrs.
  • Switch off phone or leave in car.
  • Stay calm and relaxed before the session – listen to soothing music, have a walk, take a shower/bath, say prayers or do whatever allows you to have a positive frame of mind expecting a successful transformative experience.

​Online Sessions

    • For online sessions – Please ensure that you are ready and prepared for the session 10 minutes in advance.
    • All of the suggestions above for face-to-face sessions are also true for you.
    • I use Zoom for online sessions. If not familiar with Zoom, please install the program on your device in advance. Get familiar with it.
    • Test the audio/video facilities on your device ensuring good functionality.
    • Please use headphones. Test for good audio volume and clarity that I can hear.
    • Ensure the device is fully charged and plugged in.
    • Ensure your phone or any other device is switched off.
    • Choose a space that ensures privacy eg. close the door to the room.
      Communicate the need for privacy to others.
    • Please consider and resolve any other possible disruptions like doorbells and pets in advance.
    • Choose a spot where you can lie or lounge back. Use light coverings to keep you warm and comfortable.
    • Ensure adequate lighting that doesn’t glare into your eyes.
    • Set up and test your device is placed to allow me to see your face and your body, at least down to hips.

Very Important Please Take a Note:

  • Set up and place your device in a position that is ready to allow me to see your face and body at least down to your hips.
  • Please experiment and create this set up well before the appointed time.
  • The ideal spot for your laptop is 30 degrees on either left or right of the lower body and above 20-30 centimeters higher than the body. You may require a stack of books, pillows, empty shoebox, tray table or a stand that allows this positioning.
  • If this exercise is done after the therapist has started the appointment and then time is spent to figure this out, it compromises the therapist’s ability to provide you with her best quality work in your session.
  • That time wasted watching you set up cuts short the time spent on your therapy.
  • If the therapist finds you aren’t prepared with the setup and ready to commence the session, she may need to postpone or reschedule your appointment for another day.
