It is securely stored if you proceed with the therapy.
If not, forms submitted will be deleted, disposed of & destroyed safely & immediately.
The information provided by clients or potential clients is never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose except for client communication, correspondence, and care.
The therapist has no obligation to share any client information with anyone, unless under court order.
All information concerning the client is maintained securely and not subject to disclosure to anyone else but himself or herself.
Initial contact with the therapist must be made by a person over the age of 18.
Where therapy is sought for a person under the age of 18, only a Parent/Caretaker/Guardian may seek to consult on his/her behalf.
All notes, personal insights, support conversations, coaching, or consulting provided to the client are only between client and therapist. All family members, relatives, or friends are excluded from any contact with the therapist.
All testimonies, remarks, messages of gratitude from clients are published with written permission and only anonymously. All names and identities are kept private & confidential.
Reviews/comments provided on social media or public forums are not subject to these privacy policies.
